Please Do Not Purchase from Our Site If You Live Outside of Trinidad and Tobago.

We Offer Free Delivery & Pick Ups In Port Of Spain.

We Ship To Tobago For $50- Items may take 4-5 Business Days. Delivery to be collected at Scarborough Port.

Local Delivery is usually $50.

Delivery Fees for Distant Locations such as Toco, Penal & Princess Town Etc can Vary from $60 to $100.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied. Please read our return policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • We do not accept returns for items marked Final Sale, Customized, or personal use items (e.g., clippers, trimmers, blades, etc.) due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  1. Whatsapp us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  5. If approved, a store credit or refund (minus original shipping) will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned without authorization.

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items.

  • Any claims made after 7 days of delivery.

  • Products claimed as “not received” if tracking confirms delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof, and we will assist you in getting a replacement.

Fraud Protection

To protect our customers and business:

  • Orders flagged by our system as high-risk may be cancelled or held for verification.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of misuse or abuse.
